Our promises, in plain words
How HorizonSphere looks after your family's information, how you can use our printables, and what happens if something goes wrong. Short, honest, and written for parents.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: {{DATE}}
We write to parents, not children. We only keep what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply and send your files, and we never sell it. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
We speak to parents, not children
HorizonSphere is made for grown-ups to use with their kids. Our printables are for children aged 3 to 12, but our website, forms and purchases are for parents and guardians only. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- your message
- your child's age range (for example "5 to 7"), if you choose to tell us
When you buy the Craft Vault, your payment details are handled only by the payment provider. We never see, receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. The Free Starter Pack needs no sign-up, so we collect nothing for it.
Why we collect it
Only for two things: to reply to your message, and to deliver your files and help with your order. We do not use your details for anything else.
Who helps us handle it
Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a form service that passes your message to us by email. Payments are processed by our payment provider. These services handle your information to do their job and have their own privacy policies. We do not share your details with anyone else.
The draft saved in your browser
If you start typing a message on the contact form, we may save a draft in your own browser's storage so you do not lose it. That draft stays on your device. We cannot see it, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data.
No selling, no ads
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not hand your details to advertisers.
Asking us to delete your data
You can ask us any time to show you what we hold, fix it, or delete it. Email contact@horizonsphere.online or use the Contact page, and tell us the email address you used. We will reply and take care of it.
Please keep your child's details private
We never need your child's full name, photo or home address. Please do not send them to us, in the form or in a message. An age range is all we ever need.
India's DPDP Act, in plain words
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is about giving people control over their personal data. In everyday terms, it means:
- we use your data only for the reasons we told you above
- you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it
- for anyone under 18, a parent or guardian is the one who should deal with us
We run HorizonSphere from India and we try to follow this in the spirit it was written.
Terms of Use
Last updated: {{DATE}}
Print as much as you like for your own family and home classroom. Please do not resell or share the files. Always keep an adult nearby when kids use scissors.
Personal and home-classroom use
Our printables are for your own family and your own home classroom. They are digital PDFs only. Nothing is posted to you.
No reselling or sharing the files
Please do not sell, share, upload, post or give away our PDFs, or edit them and pass them on as your own. This includes sharing the files in groups, on social media, or on other websites. If a friend would like the activities, they are welcome to download the free Starter Pack or get their own Craft Vault.
Print as many copies as you need
Torn a sheet? Cut it wrong? Print it again. You can print as many copies as you need for your own family, including brothers and sisters living with you.
Craft Vault access is a one-time payment and lasts for as long as HorizonSphere offers the Craft Vault.
Copyright stays with us
All designs, drawings, characters and text in our printables belong to HorizonSphere. Buying or downloading them gives you permission to use them as described here. It does not give you ownership.
A safety note
- An adult should be nearby whenever a child uses scissors.
- Some crafts may create small paper pieces. Keep them away from babies and toddlers who might put things in their mouths.
- Choose child-safe scissors and non-toxic crayons, pencils or glue.
You know your child best. Please judge whether an activity suits their age and skill.
If we change these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Changes apply from that date, and they will not take away what you already bought.

Our products are digital PDFs, so refunds are handled case by case. Ask us on the Contact page and we will sort it out. If your files do not arrive or a PDF will not open, we will fix it.
Refunds for digital products
Because you get the files straight away and cannot give them back, we handle refunds like this:
- Request a refund within: {{REFUND_WINDOW_DAYS}}
- We will refund when: {{REFUND_ELIGIBLE}}
- We cannot refund when: {{REFUND_NOT_ELIGIBLE}}
- Refunds are paid back: {{REFUND_METHOD}}
- Time to process: {{REFUND_PROCESSING_TIME}}
How to ask for a refund
- Go to our Contact page.
- Choose Refund request.
- Add your order number or the email you used to pay.
- Send it. We will reply within {{REPLY_TIME}}.
If your files do not arrive
First, check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure the email you paid with is spelled correctly. Still nothing? Use the Contact page, choose Refund request or the closest option, and add your order number or payment email. We will check your order and send your files again. If we cannot deliver them, we will refund you.
If a PDF is corrupted or will not open
Tell us which activity or file has the problem and what you see (for example, "blank page" or "error message"). We will send you a fresh copy. If we cannot fix it, you are welcome to ask for a refund using the steps above.
Still stuck?
Write to contact@horizonsphere.online and we will get back to you.
